Please note:
- Made-to-order Soul Stone products are created in order of receipt.
- The production cycle is approximately 1 week.
- There are no additional charges for custom-made Soul Stone.
Production and Delivery
- Production of your products will generally begin within 3 business days.
- Curing. Your Soul Stone will be ready to ship after the cement or concrete has had adequate curing time (approximately 5 days from the date of its creation). The time required for curing depends on the specific Soul Stone product and the materials used in its production.
- Delivery. You’ll receive notification of shipping, delivery, and tracking information via the email you provide when your Soul Stone is on its way.
There are no refunds or exchanges for made-to-order items.
